REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

1. An additional charge of INR 2,000.00 will be applied over and above the registration fee.
2. A GST of 18% will be charged on the registration fee amount.
3. Internet transaction charges of 2% will be levied on the total amount, including both registration fee and GST.

• Scientific sessions
• Trade exhibition
• Inaugural function
• Delegate kit
• Lunch on conference days

Important Instructions

• Kindly provide a valid email ID and mobile number during registration, as these will be used for all communication, including registration receipts and conference updates.
• The organizing committee is not liable for any changes in conference date or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays, failure of postal delivery, or failure of electronic communication.
• It is mandatory for all delegates to carry a government-approved photo ID for a smooth registration process.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email to the conference secretariat at [Email: ............@gmail.com].
• No refund will be issued for cancellation requests received after [date].
• For eligible cancellations, 50% of the registration fee will be deducted as processing charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded one month after the completion of the conference.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Registration is mandatory for all faculty members, delegates, award recipients, free/oral paper presenters, scientific poster presenters, and workshop participants.
• Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual.
• The registration fee does not include travel or accommodation. Delegates are required to make their own arrangements. Details of the official travel concierge will be available on the conference website for assistance.
• The delegate kit will only be provided to registered delegates and not to accompanying persons, including spouse.

IAGE 2025 CONFERENCE POSTPONEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

The IAGE 2025 Organizing Committee and governing body shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in organizing the IAGE 2025 Conference, should it become impracticable due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters or acts of God, terrorism, labor disputes or stoppages, war, government regulations or orders, epidemics, pandemics, or outbreaks of communicable diseases (including the ongoing COVID-19 situation), lockdowns, quarantines, national or regional emergencies, or any other unforeseen event beyond the reasonable control of the organizing committee and governing body.

Postponement of the Conference

In the event that the conference dates are impacted by a force majeure event, the conference shall not be canceled but rescheduled to a later date as soon as conditions allow. The new dates will be announced at the earliest opportunity once the force majeure condition ceases to exist. Any requests for refunds due to the rescheduling of the event will be subject to the cancellation policy published on the official website and the registration form.

Cancellation of the Conference

Should the force majeure circumstances persist for an extended period or have lasting residual effects that render it impractical to hold the conference, the event will be canceled. In such a case, delegates will be entitled to a refund of their registration fees, subject to deductions for non-recoverable expenses incurred in the preparation of the event. These may include, but are not limited to, costs associated with venue reservations, marketing and communication (MARCOM), IT services, administrative expenses, taxation, professional fees, and onsite setup. The decision regarding the refund structure and deductions will be made by the IAGE governing body.
